Shipping Charges:
Craftician.com strives to provide our customers with the best shipping rates available. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the box contents, the requested shipping speed and the distance of travel. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value or quantity of the items in the order. These calculations are done by the USPS and UPS upon checkout.
If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply place the desired item(s) in your cart, enter your shipping address, and press continue. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.
Free Shipping:
Craftician.com offers free shipping for a limited time on any order(s) over $125.00.
Processing Times:
It generally takes 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is received for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please make a note of this if you need your package to arrive by a specific date.
NOTE: Orders are processed and shipped based on shipping method selected. Orders with next day or 2nd day service will be processed and shipped first.

Craftician.com uses the USPS and UPS as our primary shipping methods.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Express 1-2 days (guaranteed)
- Priority 2-3 days (on average)
NOTE: The USPS does not guarantee the delivery date of any package(s) other than express mail. The delivery times listed for Priority mail are average delivery times for packages and it may take longer depending on the volume of parcels they are currently processing.
United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Next Day Air: 1 business day (typically delivered by 10:30 AM)
- Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day (typically delivered by 3:00 PM)
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (typically delivered by end of day)
- 3 Day Select: 3 business days (delivered by end of day)
- Ground: 1-5 business days (delivery varies based on distance to destination)
Craftician.com does not currently ship internationally.
Return Policy for Damaged Items:
Craftician.com wants to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience available.
We have a 15 day (from the date the package(s) ship), no questions asked, 100% replacement guarantee on any damaged merchandise you receive. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our replacement policy. Craftician.com will be unable to issue any time of replacement after the 15 days has expired.
Return/Cancellation Policy for Items to be Exchanged:
Due to the nature of e-commerce Craftician.com adhere to a conditional return and cancellation policy. All returns/cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee. Refunds on returned merchandise will be allowed up to 30 days from the shipped date of your order. Shipping fees are under no circumstances refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a refund, product(s) must arrive within 30 days of the original shipment date and in the same condition we shipped it - i.e. unopened, unused, and undamaged merchandise. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 30 day period, be sure to contact our customer service department to make special arrangements.
